Entry Visa for Free Trade and Industrial Areas of Iran is issued for two-week stay at the ports of entry to Free Trade and industrial Areas in Iran which are Kish Island, Qeshm Island and Chabahar Port. This kind of visa can be extended up to six months at the request of authorities of these areas.

Note:
Foreign nationals, who intend to travel to other parts of the country, should submit their application to the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the area and once the application has been reviewed, the visa will be issued in 48 hour, if approved.

Work permit visa is issued for foreign nationals who intend to work in Iran. The Iranian host company must obtain the work permit in advance from the concerned authorities.
Required documents:

1- One completed visa application form

3- One copy of passport ID-page

4 -One current photograph in passport format (3 x 4)

5- Visa fee; paid by Banker’s Draft made payable to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran;

It is not possible to pay in cash.

6- Return envelope with address and adequate prepaid postage for the cost of registered mail

Transit Visa to Iran

Entry Visa (Single, double, triple or multiple) to Iran

Business Visa to Iran

Business visa for the Islamic Republic of Iran is required by foreign nationals who wish to travel to Iran for economic, commercial, cultural or industrial purposes like trade negotiations, participation in conferences (economic, cultural, etc.), work related issues, or for sports activities.

The authorized stay for an Iranian business visa is usually up to 30 days. To get a business visa to Iran, obtaining an invitation letter from the company/organisation you intend to visit will be required. It should be handed to the nearest Embassy along with other documents such as:

A photocopy of your passport ID page
Two current passport size photographs. (Females should always wear a headscarf in their visa application photographs.)
The appropriate fee.

For those who have plenty of time (at least 8 weeks), application for a business visa by contacting the nearest Iranian Embassy is recommended.
